Terms Of Group Travel
We value you and your concerns. Therefore, we have included a list of policies that Alexander
Travel operates under. Please review them thoroughly, and contact us with any questions you
may have.
General Group Travel
1. All terms and conditions set forth by Alexander Travel and applicable supplies will apply.
2. Service fees are as follows:
Group Fees:
Air: $30 per person with a $180 maximum fee
Bus transportation: 10% of total cost, $500 maximum
Hotel: $5 per room, $50 maximum
Group Cancellation Fees
Individual cancellation: $50 per person*
Whole Group Cancellation: $100 per person, $500 maximum
Any additional fees set forth by supplier will also apply. Agent will provide full details at time of booking.
3. Group leader must be appointed as contact person, and must be responsible for signing of documents and serve as liaison
between group and agent. Agent will not be responsible for any miscommunication between group leader and group.
Youth Groups
1. All youth groups must be chaperoned (one adult over the age of 25 for every 10 minors).
2. A letter of responsibility must be sign by parent(s) of each child traveling as well as the responsible chaperon.
3. All policies for youth groups by applicable suppliers will apply.
