Prenuptial clinical analysis for V.D.R.L., H.I.V. & R.H, valid for 15 days.
Original and copy of valid photo ID for 2 witnesses per party.

Immigration permit assigned to Registry No. 2
Copy of payment of permit fees to bank
Copy of legal immigration status - Tourist, FM3, FM2.
Application and official oath of Truthfulness
